Cash Rebate Eligibility

The following must be satisfied in order to qualify for a $100 Lease Signing Bonus:

You must write Digital Housing on the Guest Card and Lease Application as the sole referral source for the property where you have signed a new lease.
You must sign your lease prior to reporting it to www.DigitalHousing.com.
The apartment community reported must be listed on www.DigitalHousing.com.

Restrictions:

Only one occupant on the lease may report the lease and claim the rebate.
You may not be eligible for a rebate on a lease length less than 6 months.
Not all the buildings on Digital Housing offer $100 Lease Signing Bonuses.
